About me

Hello, I am Lisa Thimmesch. A coach, wife, mother, career professional and someone that is always trying to be my best self and live my best life.  

 With 30 years of experience in a highly regulated industry and over 20 years in leadership roles. I have honed my skills in building successful teams and guiding others to become leaders themselves. I excel in making critical, high-risk decisions, navigating through change, fostering continuous improvement, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. 

My husband and I have three children that have taught us what it means to live a life with meaning. My children are my greatest accomplishment, and they bring me immeasurable joy. Raising them has been both challenging and rewarding, keeping us on our toes and helping us stay young at heart. 

 Like many people, I have encountered both personal and career highs and lows. Through coaching, I have gained clarity, challenged myself by asking tough questions, and held myself accountable for taking action to move forward. Coaching has been an unexpected gift, providing me with more than I could ever ask for, and I encourage you to also strive for your optimal life.
